Become a TOP PRODUCER

I love the fact that today in the networking marketing industry you can truly leverage the power of the internet and automated systems. But to truly become a top producer you still have to learn and develop the fundamental skills necessary to be a true leader in this industry. Yes it's cool that you can sponsor people virtually into your business on auto-pilot, sometimes you can even have people join your business before even talking to them on the phone. You still have limitations in what you can do using the internet.

See in the network marketing industry to really be a top producer you have to realize that there are still people who will not enter their credit card or make important decisions without speaking to someone on the phone. A lot of people, including myself when i first got started, want to hear a voice behind what they see or read, they want to know that there is a real person behind this website they are looking at. Bottom line is to be a top producer, to really become a leader in this industry, you have to, you MUST learn and develop the skills of prospecting, positioning and speaking with your prospects over the phone or in person. My friends this imperative that you do this. I know, I know, a lot of people hate talking to prospects, family, friends on the phone, trying to get them to join you business, i myself was once that person to. But the reality of it is to be a top producer, you have to do it.

How do you do it? ATTRACTION MARKETING. I started learning how to use attraction marketing to build my business online and offline. And in learning this simple concept, i realized that you can not 100% automate your business. You can do it, but to be a top producer, a true leader and want the results that you seek, you have to master attraction marketing. My friends this is and will always be a industry and business based off relationships. I am sure most of you heard of the term relationship marketing. You have to build relationships, you have to engage in conversation with your prospects, learn about them, allow them to open up to you. That's why it's called prospecting, to see if the prospect qualifies to be in your business or what they need help with.

So are you ready to become a Top Producer, a true leader for your team and in this industry? If you are you have to recruit, you have to recruit. Having capture pages, blogging, article writing are all awesome ways to leverage the internet and i encourage you to use those things to build your business. But if you want to be a TOP PRODUCER, then you will have to master the art and skill of recruiting and attraction marketing.
