Are You Accountable To Yourself?
How accountable are you to yourself? Do you have a system you are accountable to? Who are you accountable to? These are all great questions you want to ask yourself so you can be more accountable. Being accountable is setting yourself up each day to get closer to your dreams, closer to accomplishing your goals. You have to take the steps, habits and actions that's necessary to achieve your dreams and goals. You have to have a system to use that's going to expose your business to people and move them through the information to make a decision. You want to have accountability partners, people that's going to motivate you, push you, support you, but most importantly hold you accountable in achieving your goals. Sometimes you feel you're leaving people behind by changing circles but you're actually just moving forward and they're staying still, not moving at all.
Are you accountable for you word? Your words do not return void, when you say something or say you're going to do something, there is power in your words. Most people make a decision based off emotions, that's why your words are powerful, your tone is powerful, the way you can make someone feel in those few minutes in their presence can immediately create a decision for them to want to connect with you. Do you do what you expect others to do? People know when you are walking your talk and when you live what you preach, they will follow you. When you tell or want someone to do something and you haven't done it or won't do it, your word becomes not accountable.
Are you accountable for your time? There is only 24hours in a day. This is 1,440 minutes; 86,400 seconds. Can you answer for what you do each day? Are you spending quality time bettering yourself, prospecting, building your business? You must use quality time to create results. Create the results that your accountability partners are holding you accountable for, using the system that you're accountable to, practicing what you're preaching. Start holding yourself accountable for your families future, your dreams and how you want to be as a person in life.
Are you accountable for your goals and dreams? Learn to set goals that lead you toward your dreams and encourage you to stretch and grow to meet them and also learn to set goals that are realistically achievable within a set time frame.
