If you want to grow your business fast and win big, become a spontaneous recruiter. A lot of people pick and choose who they will talk to when they're out and about with their daily business. Some of us start getting those thoughts if we should approach someone or start pre-judging a person. You always want to qualify a prospect but you have to be spontaneous in doing it. A spontaneous recruiters eyes and ears are trained to pick up clues when to talk to someone with no hesitation. It doesn't matter if you're in wal-mart, denny's or at a gas station, spontaneous recruiters are always ready to prospect and talk to people.
Spontaneous recruiters do not throw up on people, they're are interest peakers. Now when i say throw up i am not meaning that in the actual sense of someone vomiting, but a lot of us lose in recruiting by talking too much, giving away all the goodies. All you want to do is peak their interest, asked opened questions, create quality conversations. Spontaneous recruiters can usually tell in the first few minutes of prospecting if a person is qualified to be in their business. When you start talking about your business, all the people making money, all the best qualities of the business, you give people an opportunity to make a decision before even seeing what your business is.
Spontaneous recruiters not only ask open ended questions but open minded questions. Now most of you reading this are probably saying, what is an open minded question? Did he just make that up? Yes, i did just make it up. Let me give you my definition of an open minded question. It's a question that opens a persons mind, it's just that simple. You ask open ended questions to create quality conversations, we ask open minded questions to open peoples mind, get them to start thinking, thinking how what they once thought was the impossible they can actually turn into the possible. Open minded questions gets people to think like they probably never thought before. These types of questions allows a person just for a minute or two to day dream of being successful, accomplishing goals, becoming a better person. For example, asking someone if they ever seen themselves as an entrepreneur, what would you do if you didn't have to work another day of your life, what if i showed you a way to create a plan b to potentially eliminate plan a, i can put you in a position where you can potentially start spending more time with your family and kids hows that sound? Those are some of the ways you can start asking open minded questions and be on your way to being a Spontaneous Recruiter.
