Closers and Posers, Which One Are YOU?

Hello my friends, today is April 10th 2013 a day we never seen before and we should be happy and grateful! Today i want to talk about closing more sales and qualify leaders into your business. Closing is a skill that is a MUST that you have to have to be successful in your business and create results. Most people have a misconception about what exactly is closing and make it more difficult than it really is.

If you are in the direct sales or network marketing industry, first thing is you have to let go of the anxiety of the outcome. Sales is the highest paid industry out here and to be productive and successful you have to accept that you get paid to create sales. Accept that to create sales you must learn how to close. Closing when you break it down is asking questions that is conducive to the results you want. What is the right questions you ask? Closing is asking questions throughout a conversation with someone that see if a person qualifies for your time, service, business opportunity or whatever you are offering.

Closing consist of finding problems you can resolve in a prospect. Find out the problem by asking the right questions, then you offer value and solutions to their problem. Posers like to immediately give all the perks and benefits, talking a person right out of being a qualified prospect. This creates a overwhelming feeling for that person your are prospecting and lets them make a immediate decision NOT TO take advantage of whatever you are offering. Do not be afraid to ask questions, your time is valuable, ask questions that qualifies people for your time, ask questions to see what a prospects problem is so you can offer value and a solution. Do not be in anxiety of the outcome of the answers to your questions, this is projected to the prospect and you will attract people, get answers that you are not looking for. Posture yourself, what does that mean? You have to be in a presence that you are a professional, you have a lot of value, you are looking for serious not curious people and once again that your time is valuable.

Another key to effective closing is rapport building and the ability to lead a conversation. Do not make this more difficult than it really is. What does this consist of? Having a system to close that you use all the time and not winging it. A system is beginning a conversation with, "How are you doing?", stating your name and your reason for calling if you are on the phone, then fact finding and rapport building with a series of questions, you then ask questions in ways you can connect with a prospect which also requires effective listening. At this point you should be able to see if this person is a qualified prospect and begin to ask closing questions that is going to move this person into action.

This my friends is some of the ways that separates the closers from posers. You want to be successful in your business or personal life? Do you want to start creating the results that you really want in life and in your business? Become a closer, closers get paid for closing. When you become a TRUE closer it becomes habit, it becomes a skill, it becomes an attitude, it becomes a feeling that you deserve the results you want and it becomes a mindset.
